Karen is an accomplished life coach with a degree in psychology. She has specialized in helping women become empowered offline for nearly five years and is ready to expand her reach with an online campaign. Karen has a website generating hot leads, but despite it being well-optimized, she does not have the right ideas on how to capture them. Karen also has a significant email list from her website and would also like to use this campaign to promote her empowering coaching messages in order to reach her audience.
Target Audience
Karen’s target audience is “hot leads” – people who have previously shown interest in what is offered but have not been sufficiently nurtured or engaged. These are the users who have already interacted with her website, for instance, have signed up to a newsletter; downloaded a free resource, subscribed to a blog; or expressed interest in scheduling a session. They are familiar with the brand and demonstrated the willingness to go further; now, the idea is to re-engage these leads. The marketing strategy should focus on sending targeted emails with valuable content to the identified audience; ideally, the emails will be personalized. The main goal is to provide the user with something they will value and ways to advance in their trip regardless of where they are at the moment.
